anyone know what causes this?

I just made an e11 mark 2 carbine

i used max dam 144 krayt tissues

looted advacned weapon scope

loot advanced weapon stock

it only does 1 pt of damage in combat--cries

damage type came out as blast damage

explain this anyone please?
