advanced laser rifle. With your template, its just the ticket, then have a high cap scatter made with the other one

Hope someone could give me some insight as to the weapon to have made. I looted a stack of 5 krayt tissues 175 dmg, -0.71 speed. I am a MBH/Rifleman, what weapon would you recommend for a low SAC, high min/max dmg weapon.
