Just made this as a +12 weapon smith? I am to believe that the Max Damage and Wound are maxed on it based on a system message i got. Is this standard for you guys or can it be better?

Wound is easy to cap, but the max damage cap is actually 1063.75.

As a helpful, quick guage to checking quality, the closer your condition is to 900, the better your resources. What you have is good, but you should look for better resources.

Ok, I have seen a few of these with stats close to this one. Could anyone be so kind as to advise me on the components used in this, such as tissues, or such.

im able to sac and dmg cap e11's on my server with "Enhanced Power Cells" of 180 or more damage(-8 sac) before slice.


that 1063 max and 73 sac



the high accrucay bonues comes from pre pub23 scopes, those dont drop anymore. you have to look quite hard now to getur hands on a stack of those(youll need at least one)

They have very high accuracy

The p23 scopes and higher will have much less of a modifier. The highest I've seen so far is 14. Although there is still no evidence of this stat meaning anything yet. At least none that I'm aware of.

he forgot to tell you about the bugs associated with the pre 23 scopes


just made an e11 mark 2 that came out as blast damage which is no longer used in the game.


it does 1 pt of damage period

This will correct itself after a logout where your char is unloaded from the gameworld or after a few hours. Its a known bug, but it has its workarounds, so just hol don to your weapon.

That would be a pub 23 or later scope...note the accuracy is 14. Pub 22 scopes have alot higher, like in the 40's. 14 is as high as I've seen post-pub23. But as has been said by the other guys, some people have spent a good amount of time testing the accy bonus and it seems to do nothing

Definetley hold on to it!!! I made a DE-10 and a Mark II with great looted scopes, and on the Mark II, a looted stock. The damage (after 8, 2, 3 slicing) was about the same, the damage is well over a thousand, the speed was about 2.25, and with the SAC reducing P/U it was 64. I had a acc bonus of 60!!! on each weapon. It had blast damage, but is fixed now.
