Thread: Stupid WS noob question........

Thanks in advance for your help.I have read nearly EVERYTHING on this forum,Wiki, and swgcraft, but I still have avery basic question that I did not see answered. Can you experiment on subcomponents like Adv. Projectile Pistol Barrels or Advanced ProjectileFeed Mechanisms? I thought you could, but when I went to craft afew yesterday, itdid not give me the option to experiment. I was using a 15.00 crafting tool, and next to a 44.26 Weapon Crafting station, also +25 exp. and +25 assembly. I had fairly good resources, and my results did not seem up to snuff.

Min 15
Max 41
Speed -0.54
W 2
AC 4

Absolutely you can experiment on those sub-components, make sure your close to the weapon crafting station and that a different type of station isn't closer, as that would over-ride your ability to use the weapon station.

Thank you. I just tried again and I was able to experiment with much better results. Must have been a bug. I know when I first tried crafting, I was not able to even view the schematics until I logged back in. Anyway, fixed now and thanks again!!
