I looked but did not see this in any of the stickies, so here goes:
When crafting a weapon, using a high end enhancer like a casing in an FWG5, and capping the max damage, what happens if you keep putting experimentation points into damage? Does the min damage continue to go up?
Min damageseems to play an important role in PvP, so I am curious if there is a way to improve it.
Thanks in advance.

the enhancers don't affect the minimum damage, so yes for fighting players using effects like aura or cob, your best off with the best min damage you can find, not neccessarily the uber power cell crafted weapon you might think will be the winner.

If the enhancer is high enough to let you hit the MAX dmg cap early on like around 80-90%, and you keep experimenting it up to about 95-98% the min should go up, however you might get more "DPS" from experimenting speed. But if you are in to PvP and have enhancers your mod speed is probably way low anyway.
So yes, the min should go up but not very much.
