these are just the beta stats... pay no attention to the effectiveness of the weapon, as it will be different when TOoW is actually released

That's one of the weapons looted off of HK-Prime, the other being a master level rocket launcher (that...sucks, by the way). Neither weapons were available on the frogs, and had to be obtained by actually doing the quests...
Whats ironic is the master rocket launcher's speed and SAC are exactly where a looted rifle should be, but it's damage is really deplorable...meanwhile this weapon looks like and is statistically correct for a heavy weapon.

Its a good attempt at new content but do they really think that putting this weapon in circulation with no interaction from weaponsmith, smuggler, artisan (powerups) and only the loot rip,, reseller has a cut in the action? I tend to dispise the afk "sell me loot and I will sell it again for x million profit" **double edit**.
