Thread: T-21 Viable?

ok sorry this is a little out threre, and yes I know I'm not a WS or at the molment a rifleman (see message subject) but has anyone in the WS profession seen any changes to the weapon? as to bring it back to it former glory of before the CU as a hard to not only obtain but give it some massive damage modifiers, was nearly one of the few weapons with AP3. now most of those out there are not even up to par with the ALR even on the BETA the frog weapons the T-21 and the ALR had the exact same stats but a 2.??% increase in wounds

They don't compare with ALRs. They can't be scoped and looted scopes usually have a speed mod of between -0.7 and -0.8. Plus they use a load more resources.


ALR every time.

I guess my question then, would be why do we still have these in game? If they as a weapon can't be made batter for a profession (via components or loot) then why keep them around. they don't seem to be a viable weapon anymore. and from another thread here in the WS the damage caps are the same for each weapon. Should the damage caps be higher with the T-21. The conversions from CU were made crap when the CU hit. all my regular Laser Rifles were much better than the T-21's after the CU when it was the other way around before.

Stupid that the Master Rifleman certRifle isthe lamest CL54 rifle in the game.
