Someone gave me two bile filled rancor teeth, before I use them for sword cores anyone tell me what they do?

They suck. Thats roughly the only thing they do.

I found out that unlike the description (about bacteria and infections) implies these are nothing more than your average low min damage, high HAM Rancor Tooths.

Melee seem to really get the shaft when it comes to this stuff....
