Ok, ive done some research, seen the requirements for the schematic of the sythe and the scematic for the sword cores needed to make the sythe... As such i was wondering if you can use Rancor Teeth for the optional enhancement in the schematic for the sword core...
I understand that this may not be desireable due to the added speed, but the added enhancment (solidfier dropped in the new geno dungeon) was only +10 to max damage, and i have 20 or so teeth with +50 max dam... Since im going to use for decoratiion, i would like to know if I can make a "legend" of a weapon here with rancor teeth...
Thanks in advance for your patience and knowledgable replies...

BTW you need two geno sword cores (didnt see if they need to be identical), as such if i can use 2 teeth in one sword this would probably end up in a 400+ damage weapon with less than 3.5 speed which wouldnt be too bad for a master swordsman (due to increased speed from modifiers)...

Interesting question. I dunno myself, however I've done a bit of experimenting with Rancor Teeth, and in general, they are useless. They *only* boost max damage, and not minimum. They *severely* effect range. The HAM costs are also terrible. Unless a rancor tooth has over 100 max damage, it's useless, unless you want a "museum" piece.
However... if they *can* use Rancor teeth, you can make Scythes right now instead of waiting for the dungeon to open (or getting the components through... shadier... means)

Modifiers do not stack like that. And it needs "two identical geonosian sword cores from a factory crate". Here
If modifiers stacked like that, then T21s would do like... over 400 minimum damage...

Thats good info, this will be a "Museum Peice" for the most part, I only want 2, if i can squeeze out two more then i will sell them to the highest bidder on my server.
However you do have to use the genosian sword cores in the schematic, Rancor teeth do not substitute in this schematic... However, my question was if I could use it "inside" the sword core schematic as a "optional melee enhancer"... Is that the kind of item a rancor tooth is?

Rancor Teeth are *incredibly* lame, in the fact they aren't "optional enhancements" for Sword Cores. They *REPLACE* sword cores completely.

That was a pretty harsh reply wahaa, I personnally would prefer you remaining silent if you are going to act like a 2 year old...
I have a quote you should read and take to heart. "Better to be thought a fool and remain silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt", try to keep that in mind before you reply to a thread...
Thanx to all the rest of you for answering my questions...

the problem with SWG:
It's more fun to talk about the game than actually play it.
You know what I did today? Logged on, sat around near the bank in my player city. Got bored, stopped my WUK factory run. Stocked those on my vendor. Did a factory run of a Modified Republic Blaster.
And I spent a good 4-6 hours doing that
