Ok, a guildie asked me this question and i'm not sure I know the answer.

When you make an item that calls for multiple BPHs. e.g. Flamer with 5, are the stats of each BPH cumulative or just use the stats of one BPH.

e.g. I use 5 krayt tissues in ABPHs to make a flamer, IMO that flamer would then have an extra +30 to max and -.3 spd. Not as he thought, +150 max dmg.

Please tell me I am right, or slap me for being thick
