Thread: What Is A Beam Rifle?

I recently saw a Beam rifle in a shop. It looked like an Acid rifle, but the stats were pretty lame. Are they new? Is there something that they are suited for?--Feck

it's been there for a while. It's either Commando or BH. I've had a few riflemen buy them on accident and get confused.

From what i've gathered beam rifle has no certs in game and is left over from beta...
can anyone say low priority?? LOL

Its a rifle, it uses rifle specials and gives rifle xp, tho there is no cert for it. Sometimes rifle(wo)men (like me) buy them just to have something different to have in thier hand while waiting at the star port for the "**edit** kind of gun is that" effect.
Wow, they edit Double-U Tee Eff but not ass or pokemon (well any more...)

its sad really, all these NEW weapons and they cant be bothered to just add a cert for one of the OLD weapons.
Also a beam rifle made with quality componets has stats that are things of beauty...but beucase thier is no cert...and noone buys...mos tjust dont waste resources on them
