Thread: Need help with Jenner&Fooman crafting tool

Well I downloaded the tool and put the Zib.dll file in the windows system 32 folder, but I am having problems updating information from SWGCraft.
This is the message I get.
(Tool encountered an error trying to download the status file from SWGCraft. Attempt to get resources list anyways.)
Then I click ok and another message comes up
(There is a new CSV file available for download)
So I select download and the next message is.
(An error occured in the reading of the datafile.)
I looked in the file and there is nothing in it but an empty spreadsheet.
Can someone help.

If you no longer get the error regarding the missing .dll file, the only other thing that comes to mind is that you may be behind a firewall or the service is down at the moment.
If you access the internet through a proxy server then the get new resource function will error in the exact way that you describe. If this is the case, there is a fix on the forums over at swgcraft.com about a change you can make to use your current IE proxy settings.
If this is not the case, give it a bit of time and check again.

what is the name of the spreadsheet it ends up downloading? Do you have server name inthe correct place?

Thanks for your answers. The folder it downloads I think is correct (current resources Flurry). Flurry is my server.
I'm thinking the firewall is the issue because I am doing this at work and have not tried it at home. Will try it at home and see if it works.
