Anyone had any luck getting the cores you made backif this happened to you? I'm despretely hoping swg helps me out on this or I'm out of the good cores I just made for this scythe and the use on the schematic. I'm more looking to vent here than anything, just curious about others crafting problems with connection lost.

only if their logs show that the items were lost.. submit a ticket and hope they can check it, scroll back if you can to find the time as well, will help them to find it.

Update...I put in 3 different tickets all saying I lost the scythe. All came back SOL. I just have to keep reminding myself that it is only a game.

you sure you didnt just make a bug report? you cant put in more than one ticket at a time.

same thing happened to me, but this happened when the geo cave hit and it was dropping more loot than it does today. with a higher drop rate, i got some really nice geo coreds, was using them in a scythe. lost link. I even had a 3rd geo sword core. I put in the serial # in my ticket. csr said no way to track/retrieve that info I was SOL. I keep replying to the ticket, no response. needless to say my friend was quite mad he didn't get the super scythe i promised him

Hey man dont keep replying about it. I got my account suspended for 3 days because a house poofed which had 200k erco (best duralloy steel to spawn on our server, sells at like 100 cpu). Well needless to say I was pissed and submitted a ticket, first icket he said he couldnt help me. Second ticket he said it couldnt be confirmed that it was in my house (BS). Third ticket he said im sol, and then a csr came ingame and said my account was being suspended. Well I got this huge email about it and he froze e. He said I was harrasing the csr's because I had submitted a ticket and was already told I could not get the stuff back. Well that was about the same time the fires happened, and after my 3 days I could log on but for 2 weeks after that they could not get a csr to come unfreeze me. So I just stood there and shot mokks that happened to walk by me.
