Thread: What loot to find for best pistol?

I have some +80 krayt tissues.
I have some +30 Gorax shards (I know these can't be used in addition to tissues in anything besides a bowcaster)
What else should I look for?
Yellow cubes?
Green cubes?
Nym Looted High Velo Feed mech?
Spider fanges?
Looted barrels? (I think WS can make better barrels than can be looted).
I am looking for a project to do for the next few weeks: Loot the best items to make the pistol possible.
I read the guild to enhanced pistols, but not real clear.
I do not care about the HAM cost (so scopes are good?). I don't care about speed (Master Pistoleer, max out on speed most of the time anyhow). I'll even sacrifice some condition to get best pistol.
I want damage, damage and more damage.
Help me out if you can.

but WHAT pistol?@$ I hate getting this type of question. Be specific, what are you looking for.

Any pistol for Pistoleer. (Sorry, no launcher or scatter).
(I know you guys hate these questions). I'm hoping you'll tell me find 5 yellow cubes. One Geo Sonic Pistol Schem. 4 Krayt tissues, etc...

Well, you don't care about condition, so go with a good high min/max yellow cube for the Geo pistol, and get a set of 5 good krayt tissues for that sucker.
Use the gorax shards, etc (projectile feed mech enhancers) for the Striker pistols, only ranged kinetic weapon out there and it could use a boost with some good loot.
And those items looted off Nym's guys are like mini-krayt tissues or mini-gorax shards, used the same way.

High velocity blaster pistol barrels are 25/25 damage wise, compared to 15/15 for crafted ones, they may be a bit slower than the crafted onesbut for the damage who cares.
And you might be able to out damage a geo with a republic, but the geo is stun, realy don't know if your looking for pure damage or the "Ultimate" weapon.
I know a guy that had a geo that was .7 speed and 300 (if not more)damage from using a legendary loot barrel, krayt tissues and yellow cubes.
