Thread: Resource Stat Caps----HELP

Hello everyone I keep hearing about resource stat caps like ut on desh is 375 and Ive looked for a list of caps but I cant seem to find them anywhere can someone point me in the right direction so I dont go crazy looking for higher stats when they dont exist
