I want to know the difference between a Human Weaponsmith and a Rodian or Mon Calamari Weaponsmith. Rodians and Mon Cal's get a species bonus of "Weapon Assembly +10". What does that mean? And does it really make a difference if I choose to make a Human Weaponsmith instead of a Rodian or Mon Cal Weaponsmith?

Assembly is the probabilty that the creation of the item will not end in a critical failure. So statistically a mon cal or rodian with +10 to weapon assembly should have fewer critical failures than I would as a zabrak.
