is there somewhere I can find what stats(range of)I should be getting for all sub components? I do not want to make crap comps and not realize it til I make a finished product.

also

on adv vib units I need class 3 solid petro fuel. UT is not listed for the class 3 does that mean any class 3 will work or do I need good oq stuff?

Any class 3 will work. I am not sure where there is a list of subcomponent stats, but try the stickies at the top of the forum. I think there was one in the looted items listing that had most of the subcomponents and compared them to the ones that could be looted.
