Who can make an Energy Lance? I dont care about stats, I just want one.

Master Weaponsmiths with a NSEL schem looted from Axkva Min can make it using 2 Identical NS VBUs, your looking at approx 10mil for one on Flurry. If your looking to buy one...

I know how to get them but WHICH weaponsmiths do you know of can make them on Bloodfin.
and yes i put a post on bloodfin forum

Schematics are rare, and limited uses. Thus, not many exist, and they are that great stat wise. I would try to contact some of the more afluent WS of your server and just get the info directly, because not everyone reads or posts on the forums.
