i looted these blade vibro motors im just wondering what kind of damage i should expect in a vk made out of them. and what kind of dmg in a motor would i need to get 200+ damage
min dam- 10
max dam- 40
attack speed- -0.378
wound 8
ideal range mod 6
H 8
a 7
m 8

That motor should produce a VK that is 2-3 points higher on top end than one made with a crafted AVBU. So, probably 149-151. Looks like the min will lose some though.
Is that 200 max pre- or post-slice? To get a pre-slice vk to 200 damage or more, you'll need to loot a NS motor. My motors are currently hitting 37 on top end and producing VKs that are 147. So figure for a motor that has 90 for a max damage mod.
If you mean post slice, go kill some Nym guys, get some of the VBU enhancement motors they drop. Take them to your favorite WS and have him make you some VKs with them. Then get about a 21% damage slice.

What's the highest High Powered anyone has seen, I saw a +30 on a vendor, can they get any higher?

Yes, you're indeed right about the pre-slice 200 max. I made 2 VKs using NS motors with 92 max damage, came out to be 202 max damage pre-slice

I have used some +35's looted from Aukans, also I have seen some +45's referred to on forums, but never saw a screenshot.

There's 2 things they may be talking about: Vibro Blade Units and Vibro Motors. VBU's are complete units that are used to craft a finished VK. Vibro motors are enhancers added to the Advanced VBU's made by weaponsmiths to put into the final VK. A motor adds its stat (just 1 stat, unless someone has seen amotor with 2 modifiers)to the usual 25-37 of a crafted AVBU, whereas the VBU has the final stats (min, max, speed, wound, range and HAM mods) that go into the final VK.
