I have a question about factories that I was hoping someone could answer. Assume that I make a 1000 unit schematic using resources A, B, and C. Can I load load that schematic into my factory but load resouces D, E, and F. If I can do this and resources D, E, and F are better than my schematic resources is my final product better and also if resources D, E, and F are worse is my final product worse?

Assuming that different resources than the schematic calls for can be used could I make the first 500 units of my schematic using resources A, B, and C, and then the last 500 units of my schematic using resources D, E, and F?

Nope, the schematic resources have to match exactly what you used to make the schematic. If you examine the schematic, you will see that those resources are named exactly.
