Actually I am not aweaponsmith....
I just want to know what is the best material to make a killing one-hand
weapon.....
I can afford about 20K if anyone makeone in shadowfire...

Something with really high shock resistance. But the specific resourcedepends on the weapon. The good part is that high SR Steel and iron are pretty easy to find. On my server, for instance, I've seen 1000 SR duralloy steel, twice.
Just visit some smiths. Or, if you're desperate, ask around ON YOUR SERVER'S FORUM.
