I've always heard from weaponsmiths that they dont like making krayt DX2s because they require so many compared to the Scatter or FWG5. Now, that won't be the case.

Since it would seem we'll have extra Krayt tissues hanging around...Should I get my hopes up?

Actually I would expect that krayt scout blasters will be the new fad since they only need 1 handler and do reasonable damage. They also have very atractive special costs. Krayt DL44s will probably appear a bit too but I doubt that many more Krayt DX2s will be made because the economics of making them hasn't changed and they're pistoleer only as well so don't have the same large market that the markman pistols have (crafters, smugglers, etc).

I agree..we might see more of Krayt Scout, rather than DX2. DX2 takes 5 identical tissue which in turns meaning (if you pay 1k per damage) for just additional 30 damage you would end up paying 150k up front before the actual making of the pistol. Not worth it, unless it end up selling for like 300k or 400k

I am planning to ramp up on the Krayt Scout stocking

Anyone confirmed that scatter krayt is no longer possible? Along with launcher pistol?

Scatter lost the Feed Mech rather than the BPH, so Krayt Scatters are still possible. The Launcher lost the BPH, so no Krayt Launchers.

A new krayt scatter will actually have worse stats than a pre-patch base scatter.

I expect mostly krayt scouts and DL44s, and maybe republic blasters for the lucky few with a working certification.

hehe if i am making kryat DX2's they won't be cheap ... take about 6 tissues to make one. kryat scout blasters could be the new things.... or kryat republican blasters =p
