Thread: Where does the Krayt tissue go?
Non-weaponsmith here, obviously, respectfully.
In the process of making the weapon, where does the Krayt tissue go? Power handler? Feed mechanism?
If you are making a DX-2, using 4 power handlers(I am assuming the Krayt tissue goes into these), is the rating on the Krayt tissue multiplied by 4? So you use 4 tissues (+1 for schematic), with ratings +75 damage, -.75 speed. Should that result in a DX-2 with at least max damage of 300?
Any clarification is appreciated.
The Power-handler, and it's not multiplied.
If you use four +30 Krayt Tissues in a DX2, you'll only get the bonus of one of them.
Additionally, since the DX2 requirs that the Power-handlers must be *identical*, all of the krayt tissues must be identical. So, this means you will need five identical Krayt Tissues for one DX2, one to make a factory schematic and the rest to be actual identical subcomponents.
Are there any enhancement items to lower HAM costs? Or is that just experimentation?
Thanks for the clarification above.
