With people just sending in applications, the election of one of our peers to correspondent is a hit or miss deal. The devs don't know anyone on the these boards from Adam. Guess what? We do know the folks that make a difference and offer sound input. We know who has been here the longest and has weathered the onslaught of bug after bug and no-fix nerf solutions galore. With the appointment of Thunderheart we are seeing more interaction from the developer staff. It is my hopes he will read this post and see who we choose as a community to be our figurehead. This needs to be someone that won't burn out a week after their appointment. Someone that has TIME to do this job and won't use the weather as a damned excuse as(FEH! <Diabalo> to why they have not been active. Someone that has had the opportunity to make one of everything craftable by a weaponsmith (This is asking a lot, I know).

I would like to take the first shot at a nomination, two shots actually. I feel that Ace (Logix) and Jennai (LLJK_GRIZ) could fill this role perfectly. I'm sorry if you guys don't want to do it, but I have to say that you both are well written and like to share your experiences with us. Please consider this.

We need someone that won't blame the weather for their lack of presence (FEH! <Diabalo>. We need someone that won't quit a week after their appointment. We need someone who has had the opportunity to make everything craftable by a weaponsmith (Which is asking a WHOLE lot, I know).

My hope is that Thuderheart reads this and takes our wishes into consideration when choosing our figurehead.

I would like to take the first shot at two nominations. Ace (Logix) and Jennai (LLJK_GRIZ) are the two weaponsmiths I believe that have a solid background and are both very well written. They haven't quit thus far and I hope they never will. If you don't wish to be correspondent then just post your recommendation and mention that you will respectfully abstain.
