Am I crazy? Do they exist? Is 200k enough?

I think you might get away with one or the other, but not both. Perhaps once class 3 solid petro spawns on Bria an older master weaponsmith with some weapon experimentation tapes might be able to hit that damage (after a lucky slice) and still be able to experiment down the HAM costs too. Having never made an advance vibro blade unit, I'm speculating of course.

You're never going to find a low HAM VK that'll be worth using. The reason being is that VKs are meant to increase your DAMAGE output...if you want to bang out specials conservatively, then fight without VKs. If you use a low HAM VK, you'll find you're better off using your bare fists, because the damage will be ass.

Thats a good point too. Ok, how about very high damage VKs on Bria?

Advanced vibro units only get you an extra 12 or so points to both min and max damage. HAM is the same and speed is .1 slower.

You could find a +20 max dmg High Speed Vibro Motor from a npc loot drop, but those are incredibly annoying to find.

You'd need to talk with some of the smiths on your server directly. With VK you are looking for damage and speed. It's worth noting too that a good smith will only be turning these out at with base stats of about 150 max damage with 2.2 spd (from memory). You can get them higher if you your server happens to be particularly blessed with good VK resoruces. I'm not sure of the max stats with perfect resources on this weapon. Besides no-one has perfect resoruces anyways
On those base stats you can build with a high frquency vibro motor.These drop from Nyms on Lok (especially brawlers). The good ones are 20+ damage. Rarely you will find a smith who stocks these, but that is pretty lucky. Then you can add a damage slice to take you to max damage 220 if you are lucky. Finally throw on a speed power-up to leave you with a weapon that is about 220 max damage and 1.9 or 1.8 spd.
As long as you can get the +20 enhancer yourself, this whole thing wont run you in for too much dough. But the hard part is getting the motor.
