hmmm, i need you opinions here guys,

I've just started making some nice weapons, all higher than average damage and durability, but my range mods are terrible, i dont really know how much of an effect that poor range mods have during use, apart from obviously the mods at ideal etc...

do you find that people will buy lower dam/dura weapons to get better range mods?

I've been asked to produce higher accuracy T21's recently, because they have no scope I'm now using the Adv Barrels which has improved the Accuracy to -70/+10/+23. On every weapon I put a non advance scope 0/0/0 ok its not strictly 0/0/0 to HAM's but as good as, but that gives around +10 to ideal range. I was also recently asked to produce a very high accuracy E11 Rifle for PvP use, they turned out at +128 on ideal range (Max Damage was still 190s), especially useful for firing while moving. So from my experience range is very much wanted for PvP on range weapons, because of the constant moving which plays havoc with range accuracy mods.

There's not a great market for high mods with lower stats but its worth considering for a bit of variation on your vendor. Just make it obvious of the weapons difference.

E.g.

High Range Mod

E11 'Accuracy' Rifle, ~weapon stats~

Low HAM

E11 'Low Recoil', ~weapon stats~
