I saw this in aforum and wondered if any of the weaponsmiths have seen this weapon in game. The damage is pretty dam nice for a loot weapon and being unsliced. The heat damge is not the best.
/cheers

Wow, neat blaster. I haven't seen one of those before. Heat damage is okay, but it also has AP1. Not even the Berserker rifle has AP1.

I saw this on the CARBINEER forum buried in a thread and thought "WHAT AN AWESOME WEAPON".
I really hope the weaponsmith can get some info on this thing.
IF this is PHOTOSHOPED then we should give the creator a job at SWG desigining new guns.

Very cool. Where did you loot this from?
he didn't loot it, he said he got it from another thread, and as title states "BALLTEDROID CARBINE, IS THIS REAL?"
if he did own it, I think his thread would be titled "OMFG I WILL PWN JOO WITH DIS GUN!!!"

Haha... point. =) Hrmn, okay, so I guess the question should really be: "Where was it looted from?"

The gun doesn't look rendered in the same manner as the rest of the screen. It's heavily antialiased where the rest of the image has terrible aliasing on 3D objects.
It does look neat though.

What Bober said. When it was clipped it was probably pretty small, and the efforts to cover up the pixelation from blowing it up are there. You can see that the smaller one is pretty clean looking, but on the big one you can see that it gets pretty choppy, especially around the handle and the lighted part of the barrel.
