hi guys i feel like a real NOOB having to ask this but i can't make stun batons the schematic reqires identical power conditioners now i have gone through my data pad looking for the schematic to make these and i don't have it

what are they and/or how do i make them???

yes i am master WS by the way and this is really bugging me as i have spent the last 3 days building up a stock of wepons to open my shop with and i feel that a wepon smith shop with out stun batons is just plain WRONG!!!
