Thread: what exactly does effeciency affect?

everytime i experiment with the effeciency bar.. i dont notice any chance on the item. does anyone know what it affects?

HAM costs...usually takes alot of points into it to see some change...

Also with heavy weapons...


Efficiency increases the number of charges on say a Rocket launcher.


With HAM....you'll generally notice more of a change on weapons which have high HAM costs.
