So there I was thinking great I'm master weaponsmith, I look at the schematics for the bigger stuff that players ask for and it requires specific material types like dolovite axidite and the rest.

Tell me its not so dumb that those materials don't exist anywhere on Starsider. My son wants me to make him a long vibro axe and says its sucks that I can't get the ditanium steel anywhere on the server SWGCRAFT tells me there is none..

Hehe i listed quadranium steel twice with two different specifications. Well I believe it is still available on multiple planets just to clear that up.

Thanks for the replies Trean at least I have a nice comprehensive list of the status of resources on starsider to start out with.

Can anyone tell me if the mineral probe when you activate it on a planet will show all the resources that are available on that planet or only the ones in the immediate vicinity?

It shows everything on the planet.

Sometimes, when I'm really desperate, I'll just fly from planet to planet, popping up the survey tool in the shuttle port, and then leaving immediately if I don't see what I want.
