I'm confused about experimentation on these...I crafted some and saw the high speed penalties, so I put most points into reducing speed..here are my 2 schematics:
Stock: Speed 0.075 / SAC -11
Scope: Speed 0.036 / Accuracy 8
But then I read the post about the decimal place being off regarding the speed mod. Should I re-craft these schematics and use my points differently?

Regardless of the speed mods...with CU SAC has become a huge factor when crafting weapons. My experimentation pts go to lower the attack cost on everything. Dmg and speed can be made up by using tissues and left over experimentation pts (once SAC is close to or capped). Usually on stocks I shoot for a -20 or higher on AC and then the left over pts go towards speed (2-3 pts). My stocks come out with about a 1.221spd mod and a -23 AC. Scopes I usually get the accuracy bonus up to around 13-17 range. Then take the left over points and put them towards speed. Hope this helps.
