Thread: Are Elite Carbines unable to be made?

Someone just told me this is so because there is polonium iron available yet. If this is true, why do the admins do stuff like that?

In your server this may be true, however there is probibly a weaponsmith somewhere in your server who has a stash of it. Personal however i think the elite carbines are over rated. laser carbines do a lot of damage and i think they are the best. but that is just me.

That was quite true before mitigation came in - with ranged mitigation though, laser based weapons take a huge hit, and weapons with tighter damage bands are more versatile.

Yeah I've seen a huge uptake for Elites and DXR6s since mitigation came into play especially from pvpers.
To the original poster, polonium has spawned on Tarquinas many times (shame about the rainbows) so I don't think it's THAT rare. Go take a look on SWGcraft.com and look for it under your own galaxy.
