Just bought a 2 handed cleaver. I'm not overly impressed with the thing (but it only cost me 2500 credits, so no big deal). Anyways, I'm almost certain this one I've bought is sub par (it has to be) I'm not sure of the stats off hand. I think the spd is 3.3 or something like that. Anyways. Can anybody tell me what the stats are on a good two handed cleaver, and what one can expect to pay? Thanks. Any help would be great.

Two handed cleavers arnt that great, stick with 2handed curved swords, they are faster and they usually dish out more damage, mine is sliced and i believe the speed is 2.4 and attack is like 94-307.

I am a big fan of the cleaver myself. Aside from looking cool it has the potential to have a higher damage than the 2Hsword and because of its reasonable speed (not that much slower than the 2Hsword) you can pretty much cap it without too much trouble. a good stepping block to the powerhammer

Most of the cleavers i have seen have similar stats to the 2 hand Curved Sword, EXCEPT speed.
Curved sword has 2.5 speed base i believe.
Cleaver has 3.5 speed base i believe.
Also, never go for a Excecutioners Hack in this game, looks pimp but sux. Its the Cleaver of L33T weapons.

I love Cleavers myself, the only Cleavers I use are Rancor cores though, one of them has an 85% wound chance which hurts players in PVP (especially when they're KD'd), I think the stats are 3.4 83-330. There are some amazing crafted Cleavers out there, some as high as 550+ max dmg.

yeah Cleavers are not very good compared tothe curved sword, but they look cool. as forthe executioners hack comment, yeah its sucks, but wait until you can't get any more scythes...the reason the hack "sucks" is because you can get it over and over again.

I am not a weap smith so would like you experts for an anwser please, I like the look of the 2 handed cleaver is this a weap that a standard ws can make or is it a looted weapon only (or schem) thanks in advance.

It can be made by weaponsmiths, but it usually isn't quite as good as a 2H sword or a scythe, so you may have to ask one to make it for you. I don't keep them stocked in my shop usually (maybe 1 or 2), but every once in awhile I get an order for one from someone who likes the way they look (same with ryyk blades).

Yup, I stocked about 50 of these cause a custome requested a 35% slice. I couldn't hardly get rid of them, had to charge almost 1/2 of what a 1h curved cost (and the cleaver uses TWO cores instead of 1) to clear them from the vendor. People really only look at max damage and didn't see that it had much higher min damage.

The 2H Curved is nice but it will have Min damage half that of the Cleaver.
A Scythe will be like 120-300'ish with a 2.5'ish speed(Very rough numbers). A scythe is the way to go if you can afford the cost. Notice how the Scythe has the higher min damage as well.

Standard scythe using white cubes and no agents is 2.2 185-318 on Flurry. 1060 condition (if your 12pt) counting only great successess, very nice weapon to use. You could bag a few speed sliced for pretty cheap.

cheers guys i got a scythe buti saw a cleaver on the wall of a weap smith and thought it looks cool, so got my friendly weap smith to make 1 min 140 max 290 sliced , ill just be using it on low level mobs (cant beat PH) just liked the look of it .
