oky,

i opened up the D-pad this thing says general tool. I use both general, and weapon tools, both at personal stations and i cant find this.. is this some odd have to be infront of a personal cehm station to make or am i just missin it..

any help would be great : )

Try facing your station directly, and make sure it's your own station, not someone else's or a public one. They're way at the bottom of the list with the rest of the grenades.
