1) Besides the schem, what is needed to make a quality hack, besides just good resources?
2) How much would you as a WS charge to make a hack for someone w/ the schem?

Well, you would need: 1 Geonesian Sword Core schematic, 3 (or 7, or 9, or 11) yellow cubes, and the same number of solidifying agents. The WS should have the rest, prices vary from person to person, but expect to pay around 50k.

hmm cheapest I have found is around 350k

I do all my assemblies for50k 
I'd be surprised that an assembly costs as much as the schem.
No guildie WS's to help you out?

Hey question question. Ive got alot of geo sword cores, and reinforcment cores, but you said sword core schematic. The stuff I have wont work?

They'll work, but a WS can craft better ones than the looted pieces.

I'm just wondering, on my server, the schems are selling for upwards of 900k, but the actual hacks themselves sell for no more than 400k... is this only happening on Kauri, or is it a common theme?

In most cases. But sometimes you will find a nice set of loot. Look for a set with over 60 Damage, I managed to find a set of 7 with 75 damage and made a nice set of blades.
