I recently acquired a 10 set of some decent speed tissues and want to make 2 FT's. I read awhile ago something about using the emp retreat stocks and non-advanced powers handlers? in the crafting of FT's to get the lowest possible speed. I am not a WS but want to know what I should request the WS who I have make my FT's to use to get the lowest possible speed, how many emp stocks are needed and also what non-sliced speed could be expected with -.8 spd tissues. Thanks.

The news about a NON advanced Power Handler is news to me. But the Form fitted stocks from the Imperial theme park are the way to go if you want SPEED on yer side.

regular powerhanders are a little faster, but I don't think its worth it, its in the area of -0.03 so it probably won't show on final weapon but you will miss the 15 max dmg and 13 min dmg.

I think you mean non-advanced blaster rifle barrels. I think the non advaced blaser rifle barrels have less damage then advanced ones, but are faster by a few thenths of a second. I would definetly use advanced blaster power handlers though.

That would be correct, regular barrels are 9-9 damage and advanced 11-11, so the increased speed from using a regular barrel is better than the 2 extra damage

And regarding speed, you should hit 3.2-3.3 with -0.8 tissues and form-fitted stocks - unsliced, that is.

I use non advanced in krayted flamers, speed on them is -0.49 without krayt so its basically a -0.1 faster than a ABPH, on flurry we hae 20/41 -0.4 ABPH.
