This is the list of items I need to make a stun baton. My questions is What is the most important stats needed for each one of the resources? How can I make the best Baton?

Steel - Oq or SR?

Polysteel Copper - OQ or SR?

Metal - OQ or SR?

Byrothsis Crystalline Gemstone - OQ or SR?

2 power conditoners - 12 units of metal - oq or UT?

1 reinforce core - Acklay Bones?

Are you going to be crafting it yourself?

If so, then the stats needed for each item can be read right off the draft schematic. If not, it's a better idea to just use the resources that any established WS on your server has. They're almost certainly going tohave resourcesat least as good, or likely much better, than anything you'll be able to find.

And yes, Acklay bones can be used in place of the reinforcement core.
