Thread: Soon to be Weaponsmith question: What's with the skill mods on your weapons?

From what I have seen, they could only be found on looted weaponry, but I have seen many Featherweight FWG5's at a particular vendor that had +5 pistol accuracy, +5 dodge, and +5 to something else I can't remember offhand.
Is this the result of particular components that give it these mods, or is it the result of weapon slicing?

Those are the stats on Pre-CU Featherweight FWG5's. Any Featherweight FWG5 made Post-CU gets either +15 to Pistol Accuracy or +15 to Ranged Accuracy, I can't remember which right now.

So, it's the weapon that has the bonuses and not the individual component(s) to make it?
Is there a list somewhere that states the weapons that have mods built into them like the FWG5?

These weapons will convert to the post CU mods if they are pulled from a factory crate. I think it becomes+15 accuracy.
