i have an old ns vibro unit that used to have 93 max damage but is now changed
its now
24min
58max
-2.0 attack speed
22 wound
-7 attack cost
how does this compare to current craftable? is it garbage grade or just another delete upon looting item?

Post that in the pikeman forums and see what they say 
..
Is it a single or a set? If there are two they are needed for the NS Energy Lance. If it is just 1, it will still make a nice set of knucklers or something.

-2 attack speed isnt bad. I'd throw it into a razor knuck or some such thing.
