First off apologies if this has already been posted, but I hate the search function on these boards cos I can never seem to find posts after August '03, so I haven't even bothered looking.

I'd been looking for info on how to do a small Crafting macro to help the on the old grinding quest, yes I know some people are getting very agitated at the word macro, and how I must be a dirty macroin' ******* but to be honest I can't afford to play the game and keep my wireless optical mouse in batteries on the long haul to Master Weaponsmith/Droidsmith or whatever particular crafting profession I'm gunning for at the time, that and continual clicking is a real strain on my fingers.

Anyhoo, I came across a macro which looked like it would do the job and I gave it a go, turns out I got the same problem a whole load of people have, in that the /nextCraftingStage command didn't seem to do anything (I was trying each of the commands before putting it into a macro). And if I tried to go past just using the Assemble button I go the error message "The schematic is not ready for assembly, The slot ingredient requirements have not been fulfilled, Make sure each of the required slots are configured correctly"

I tried the /nextCraftingStage command a couple more times and nothing happened, so just out of curiousity I tried the /createp practice no item command from the macro and it seemed to work ok, the crafting process finished and I got my xp.

I suppose really its not a fix, but the command does actually work, it just doesn't seem to update the crafting window the way clicking the assemble button does, I dunno whether this is a bug or not.

Anyway, sorry if this has been posted before, but hopefully i might help someone who decided the macro thingy doesn't work cos it didn't when the tried the individual commands (like me)

you have to get the capitolization right:

it's /nextcraftingStage, not /nextCraftingStage

tried all the variations of capitalisation tho, including the right one, all gave me the same results, seems to be a problem a lot of people have had, main thing is tho, it works
