First question. Can someone point to the place where I can find what resource stats are capped at what? That would be very helpful.

Second question. Can someone tell me what my first run of weapons looks like stat wise?

-30 all ranges. That's all I remember, but its the main stats

-2 to all ranges

i believe theres a sticky at the top somewhere list all the resource stats.

Your VK's are very nice indeed, possibly some of the best, i dont think i've seen any over 146 max, PH is very good also, ya gaffi stick is a touch low, mine are 226, at least i believe they are, cant remember off the top of my head, but nice going fella, gratz.
