If SOE and LA really want to get rid of crafters Ill help them out.
I remember over 2 years ago, I was one of the first weaponsmiths on Kettemoor. I can tell so many stories about new players coming in game and asking for help or advice on how weapons actually worked. And even more helping them out with in game bugs. (who can forget disapearing items)
I just cant stand how they are destroying a profession I spent 2 years enjoying. So if people cant find new weapons to level with oh well its not my problem anymore, find a looted gun or use your weapon that lasts forever.
I know its not going to help change SOE's mind about weapons and probably will help them phase in NPC vendors but make this a console game. Dumb down the game, I mean 2 years of making spreadsheets to find the best possible combination for weapons. millions of credits on those insainly rare resource spawns. while analysing the effects of difrent experimenting on subcomponents. Yeah we are too dumb to be creative,
Goodby weaponsmithing, Ill be seeing you all with my saber till my account runs out.
FEAR my new 1337 I win UBER Jed-EYE!!!

I'm in the same boat.....2 years of work and enjoyment down the drain...
Guess I can be tossing my 6 notepads full of notes from the past 2 years. /sigh, I'm going to miss this so much.
