I'm a carbineer - ch and looking for a carbine to do some nice damage, as it's the only weapons I can use.

I have some 60 dam - 1.7 speed tissue and some 119 dam -.5 speed tissue.

Wich is the best tissue, and wich carbine should I have made for best base dps?

E11 MarkII or Elite Carbine. They're pretty much equal in stats, the E11 MarkII requires Master Carbineer while the Elite Carbine only requires CL54.

E11 MarkII requires 4 identical tissues, Elite Carbine requires 5 identical tissues.

Chances are the higher damage tissues will prove to be the best ones. The speed on tissues is divided by 10 on weapon assembly, so a -0.5 tissue makes the weapon only 0.05 seconds faster.
