so i need a bone, and a weaponsmith can make me a bat?or what? any insight would br great.

HUH? Any clarification on what you're asking would be great.
If you obtain some acklay bones, you can bring them to a weaponsmith and s/he can enhancea stun baton, gaffi baton, or power hammer for you.
