OK we killed about 20+ krayt dragons last night and got an whole host of stuff to play with. report can be found...

However, I am just initially interested in the krayt tissue...

Does this mean its going to add +51 to max damage and knock speed down by -.492 ? If so theres gonna be some fair old weapons made.

I just started hunting Krayts recently and got my first tissue loot. My questions are as follows - What are base stats on tissues, and better yet what am i looking for in the stats i.e. average to excellent. Also, i'm looking to have some rifles made. How many tissues go into a Jawa Ion, and a DXR-6? I appreciate any help you can give!

Base stats are max damage +30 and spd -.3. The damage could be as high as the 200's and the spd could be as low as -1.5.
Generally you need the same number of identical tissues as the weapon requires power handlers, plus one additional tissue for the draft schematic of the handlers. I think a jawa takes5 handlers, so you would need6 tissues. Same the the DXR-6.

thanks for the response, so the 48 power and -.46 speed ain't a great loot then huh? got 6 of em though

Obviously any krayted, even base tissue, weapon is better than nothing, so it's never a waste. There are a number of weapons you could make with 6 ident. tissues. Or you could get 100 to 500k for 'em. If I see even base tissue for sale or auction I jump all over it, even if I only make a DL-44 or something like that. I guess the bottom line is...I dig tissues man.

I don't plan on selling them, i think i'm gonna take the risk of getting the wrong slice, and have a WS make me a good rifle, currently the only 3 i use is a Jawa, DXR-6 and T-21 unfortunalty don't have 11 tissues just layin around. Hopefully next time

Like was said above 30 max damage and -.3 speed is base for krayt tissues.
They can go as high as 300 max damage and -3 speed but you will do very nicely to find some over 100 or better than -1 speed. The really high once have the exceptional and legendary tags on them.
