if I recall correctly normal is about 50%. If you used yellow barrels it may be due to that.

I've never seen a yellow berserker stabalizer...
Just did a quick check and wound on a stocked model is around 45%, I think if you use a themepark rifle barrel it would bump it up a bit, also if you experimented differently on the stock/scope.

your right I was thinking of the DE-10 barrels. ya probably a themepark scope as that should bump it up from about 8% to 25% as I recall. Making it go from a 45% base up to roughly 70%.

I once crafted a pair of berserkers with high caliber barrels, form fitted stocks, and high precision scopes. Their wound percentage was 74%...

should have a pic of one in my sig that over 70%
too get that you need looted scopes and looted barrels from the theme parks
