What are considered Vibro Blade Unit Enhancements? I've been searching all over for what they are but have had no luck in tracking down what they are. Does anyone know and if they are looted items who drops them?

Location: Lok

Enhances:+5 (to +8) to Wound Chance

Found On: Any NPCs

Location: Anywhere

Enhances: -0.2 to Speed
