I just purchased two featherweight FWG5's, and there were quite a few more on the vendor that were all identical. They have +5 dodge, +5 pistol accuracy and +5 to something else I can't remember. My question is how did those stats get put on the weapon? These are not looted guns, they are all crafted and identical.

You get the schematic for "featherweight FWG5s" from Jabba's Theme Park...the stats are inherent in them and all featherweight FWG5s that are crafted will have the mods.
