What is the going rate for bowcaster's. I am on wanderhome but any prices would help. Also what is the speed/min-max damage rate? Thanks for the help.

I have heard that they are in the 100-350 range and a speed of 5.9 or so.

Very respectiable weapons.

and I don't think those are sliced or poweruped stats.

Doubtfull that they have that high of damage and that slow of a speed. Mine are

138-257 AS 5.7, they sell for 25 -35k.

Ah the horror of it. I've worked my wookiee behind off trying to squeeze as much juice out of my casters as possible.

My current production model is 141-288/5.3, with +16 to hit at ideal range.

I have to sell via another retailer as I seem to have picked a social vaccuum in which to place my store, and they move at an ok rate at 15k a gun.

I doubt 100-350/5.9 is achievable. The damage spread is never that wide, nor can that kind of damage be achieved while keeping thefiringrateso slow. It is one of the faster rifles you can find and it has a pretty good point blank penalty (as in, it's not ridiculous like laser rifle point blank penalties).

My personal caster sliced for damage and powered for speed turns out to be something like 180ish-380ish/3.4. Now if only they changed it to kinetic damage.

When doonium was rare on Valcyn I sold mine for 20k and the stats were 5.6 121-249

Now Doonium is common and my stats are better 5.4 126-257 I sell for 14k

Mine are down at about 5.4 speed (unsliced), don't remember the damage range.

I sell for 15-20k. What I really wish I could do was some sort of player quest,
I just haven't figured out a way to do that, that can not be cheated.

(ie, bring me the hides of three ewoks, and a small shrubbery)

I don't care about kinetic, just wish it had AP.

The problem is they can't make it too terribly powerful as it's a no cert weapon, just being a wookiee is enough - I hope, wish, dream that they would come out with an 'Advanced' bowcaster which required a higher level cert to use and hence had better stats.

I had one of those insane successes on a bowcaster once but I had a failure in experimentation. I could have killed. Even after the failure it come out to around 146ish-300ish. If only I didn't fail, I would have made hundreds!

Using an advanced barrel, normal power handler, and 900+ Doonium Iron, mine are 120-260, about 5.6 speed - I sell them for 4500 credits each.

4500 for a Sacred Bowcasters? Heh that's less than 2 crates of powerups. My best casters using all advanced parts are 288 damage max, 5.2 speed, and I sell them for 20K. Doonium is extremely rare on the Ahazi server. They are the second-best rifle, besides the Laser Rifle. If they were only armour piercing... I LOVE the idea of an Advanced Bowcaster!!!
