Curious if its any good on average or not. Scout Blaster 2.0 64-132 wound 22.9%. Also how much wouyld a good sales price for these be?

Its pretty good. Pricing depends on your server. Personally, I'd check the bazaar to see if any other scouts are up for auction, then compare those stats to your gun and price accordingly.
